How we fly

We love to solve women’s wardrobe dilemmas by providing personalised styling advice, styled outfit inspiration, award winning customer service and a vast range of brands and sizes for all body shapes. Ultimately, our mission is to help our customers find the perfect outfit that makes them feel amazing – inside and out.

About the role

This role includes:

- Delivering personalised styling experiences that build confidence and loyalty
- Leading one-on-one and group styling sessions in our styling space
- Providing thoughtful, practical outfit solutions tailored to each customer
- Contributing to visual merchandising and in-store presentation
- Supporting day-to-day store operations
- Dispatching online orders
- Flexible scheduling (Monday – Saturday), with a preference for a minimum of 3 days availability
- Other tasks relevant to the position

We’re looking for someone who

- Has experience and a love of fashion styling
- Has a genuine,



empathetic approach to customer service
- Is a confident communicator who creates a warm and welcoming setting
- Has the ability to stay calm and effective when the pressure is on
- Has an eye for visual merchandising and presentation
- Is comfortable using technology as an integrated part of their role
- Enjoys working in a team environment and contributing to a positive team culture

The Nest

Birdsnest is an online retailer based in Cooma, the gateway to the Snowy Mountains of NSW. Our story grew in November 2023 when we opened our first permanent store outside of Cooma in beautiful Burleigh Heads, bringing our unique retail experience and service to the coast. The birdsnest story is a fun one – an independent online retail business based in regional Australia that, from small beginnings now employs over 110 team members and post parcels to all corners of Australia and beyond. Our range consists of nine ‘bird brands’ along with carefully curated styles from our favourite brands and suppliers from Australia and overseas.
