About the role

We're looking for a confident, creative Social Media Manager to own al.ive body's presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn. You'll set the content approach, run the content calendar, grow engagement and manage our day to day influencer and creator relationships.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to our Head of Brand, with real ownership over how al.ive shows up across social.

Key Responsibilities

Social Content Creation & Curation

- Create and curate content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn, including shooting and editing native, in-house video and photo content.

- Shoot and edit elevated video and photo content for campaigns, product launches and paid ads.

- Direct shoot days to ensure content is captured to brief, with quality, performance and brand tone in mind.

- Edit content into cutdowns and variations for our paid media agency.

- Write organic social copy consistent with al.ive's brand voice and content guidelines.

Content Management & Calendar

- Own the content calendar across all channels, from planning through to scheduling and posting.





- Keep the calendar aligned with the wider marketing and campaign calendar.

- Maintain organised, accessible content files.

Community Engagement

- Manage engagement on owned channels, responding to comments and DMs and sourcing user generated content.

- Proactively engage as the brand on other relevant accounts to build visibility and community.

Paid Social Amplification

- Boost organic posts to increase reach, awareness and engagement within an agreed budget and objective.

Influencer & Creator Management

- Manage gifting, briefs and content collection for influencer and creator partnerships.

- Track and report on content performance and partnership outcomes.

What we're looking for

- 3 to 5 years' experience in social media, content or community management, ideally at a direct to consumer or premium consumer brand.

- Demonstrated experience shooting and editing both native/lo-fi and elevated video and photo content, across mobile and DSLR.

- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop (or equivalent), plus lightweight tools such as Canva and CapCut.

- Experience directing shoot days and briefing creative outcomes.

- Experience running influencer or creator gifting programs.

- Experience with paid social boosting (Meta Business Suite or similar).

- A strong, consistent brand voice and sound judgement engaging publicly as the brand.
