Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing diagnostics, repair and maintenance services to our customer’s equipment in the field.Key responsibilities include:Providing onsite technical support on Hitachi equipment including diagnostics, repair and maintenanceBuilding and maintaining excellent rapport with our customer baseCompletion and submission of all relevant paperworkConducting your work in compliance with all quality and safety standards and procedures
To be successful in the role, you will have:Minimum Certificate III in a Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent discipline (Diesel Mechanic).Current driver’s licenseAbility to work autonomously and proactively solve technical issuesOEM or earthmoving equipment experience is highly regardedExcellent interpersonal, communication skills and customer service etiquetteAn uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and safety policies and procedures
