Join a dynamic, passionate and highly skilled Shepparton team.



You will make a valuable contribution as a Rehabilitation Consultant. This is a great opportunity to work across the Northern Victoria region across Shepparton and surrounds.

If you are an Allied Health Professional with a background in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling, we'd love to hear from you!

Some of your day to day includes:

- Conducting comprehensive, evidence-based assessments to understand injury, capacity, barriers and return-to-work potential

- Developing and delivering tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work plans aligned to individual goals

- Providing ongoing case management and health coaching, supporting clients throughout their recovery journey

- Collaborating with clients, employers, treaters and insurers to drive positive and sustainable outcomes

- Completing high-quality reports and recommendations that guide treatment, rehabilitation and employment pathways

Internal Supervision is available for Provisional Psychologists undertaking their 5+1 internship program, supervision meets requirements for full registration.

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.

- Provisional or Full AHPRA registration or Full ASORC Accreditation or eligibility to obtain

- Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded;

- Fabulous communication and time management skills - there is a lot of getting to know your clients and stakeholders!;

- You are someone with compassion, kindness and empathy!





- A current Driver’s License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance is a must!
