Classic Meats Perth is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Malaga branch. This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekend work required.

This is more than a typical management position—we're looking for a driven leader who will make a genuine impact, take ownership of the branch, and help drive the continued success and growth of the business.

Proven Red Meat knowledge

Knowledge of warehouse operations

Robust background in sales and customer relationship management

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Solid understanding of WHS and HACCP practices

A hands-on, supportive management style

Leadership experience in a multi-function team environment

Excellent organisational and negotiation skills

A focus on customer service and team development

Experience managing budgets, rosters and stock control

The ability to identify and act on sales opportunities

Comfort with digital systems and reporting tools

You’ll balance day-to-day operations with strategic growth, strengthen supplier and customer relationships, and build a culture of performance and accountability.

About the role

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this is a senior leadership position with full responsibility for the performance of the business unit. You’ll oversee everything from sales and customer relationships to expenses, operations and staff management.

Your day will include:

Leading and motivating a team across sales, operations and admin

Driving branch sales performance and delivering against growth targets

Managing key customer relationships and identifying new opportunities

Overseeing stock levels and purchasing in line with local needs

Authorising expenses, rosters and wages to meet business objectives





Ensuring safe work practices and compliance with WHS and HACCP

Driving continuous improvement across systems, service and culture
