We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join our team as Section Waitstaff, Function Staff and Bartender.

Please note: These are not entry-level positions. We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals who are confident working independently and maintaining high service standards from the outset.

Restaurant – Experienced Section Waitstaff

As a Section Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for managing your own section while delivering warm, attentive and professional service throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage your own section of approximately 20 guests during service.

- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with confidence and attention to detail.

- Recommend menu items and wines to enhance the guest experience.

- Build rapport with guests while maintaining efficient service during busy periods.

- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and professionalism.

Restaurant Requirements

- Minimum 1 years' experience as a Section Waiter/Waitress in a quality or fine dining restaurant.

- Confidence managing your own section during busy services.

- Strong food and beverage knowledge.

- Confidence recommending wines from an extensive wine list.

- Ability to stay organised, calm and professional under pressure.

Events – Experienced Function Staff

Our events team delivers weddings, corporate events and private functions, and we're looking for experienced hospitality professionals who enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver professional food and beverage service at weddings, corporate events and private functions.

- Provide plated, alternate drop, canapé and beverage service.

- Assist with event set-up and pack-down.





- Work efficiently with the events team to ensure every event runs smoothly.

- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while delivering exceptional customer service.

Function Staff Requirements

- Previous experience working weddings, corporate events or large-scale functions.

- Confidence working in fast-paced hospitality environments.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Bartender – Fast, Skilled & Hospitality Driven

We’re looking for a confident, experienced Bartender who knows their way around a busy bar and genuinely enjoys hospitality.

You’ll need to be quick on your feet, know your cocktails, keep your cool when the tickets start flying, and have a strong eye for stock and organisation.

If you can make a great cocktail, move quickly, keep your bar under control and still give guests a great experience — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Run a busy bar and deliver fast, efficient service throughout the shift.

- Make cocktails with confidence, consistency and attention to detail.

- Know your spirits and cocktails and be comfortable answering guest questions and making recommendations.

- Keep on top of stock levels, stock rotation, wastage and ordering.

- Keep the bar clean, organised and ready for service.

- Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to keep service running smoothly.

- Deliver friendly, confident and professional service, even when the pressure is on.





What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year's bartending experience.

- Confident making a range of classic and contemporary cocktails.

- Strong understanding of spirits, cocktails and beverage service.

- Experience with stock control and maintaining an organised bar.

- Fast, efficient and switched-on during busy service.

- Calm under pressure and able to multitask without letting standards slip.

- Reliable, professional and a genuine team player.

- Someone who takes pride in what they do and understands that great hospitality is more than just making drinks.
