The Senior Programs Officer will contribute to the design, management and evaluation of the Grants Program and policy projects for the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission

The key duties of the position include:

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Support and promote the NDIS Commission’s vision, mission and business objectives and behave in accordance with the APS Values and NDIS Code of Conduct
- Oversee and coordinate grant activities, including finalising grant documents, coordinating assessment processes, and conducting grant management activities
- Undertake embedded evaluation, including analysis, monitoring and review of the Grants Program and associated activities
- Perform independent research and analysis activities, including the preparation of quality learning reports, to support evidence-based decisions
- Work with independence, under limited guidance and make decisions with some autonomy that relate to role
