About the role

We are an artisan bakery specialised in sourdough and viennoiserie looking for a barista/front of house all-rounder to join our team at our busy sister location. Besides our staple baked goods we sell toasties and fresh sandwiches.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other speciality drinks with consistency

- Engage with customers in a friendly and relatable manner

- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Keep the workspace clean and organised, following hygiene and safety standards

- Assist with food preparation and service as needed

- Operate and maintain coffee machines and other café equipment

About you

- Prior barista experience (preferable)

- Personable, friendly, and customer-focused attitude

- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards

- A clean and organised approach to work

- Passion for coffee, food, and hospitality

- Reliable, hardworking, and a team player

- A willingness to help out other areas when needed
