Essential Service Solutions is a rapidly growing Western Australian company specialising in critical communications, electrical infrastructure, networking, security systems, and technology solutions across commercial, industrial, mining, government, and remote environments.

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Electrician to join our team. This is a diverse, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll work on a wide range of projects including critical communications infrastructure, switchboards, site power systems, telecommunications equipment, security installations, and electrical maintenance.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Installation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment

- Working on critical communications infrastructure and telecommunications sites

- Switchboard upgrades, fault finding, testing and commissioning

- Installation of conduits, cable trays and structured cabling systems

- Generator, UPS and backup power system installations

- Preventative maintenance and breakdown response

- Reading plans, schematics and technical drawings





- Ensuring compliance with relevant Australian Standards and safety requirements

- Supporting regional and remote projects when required

About You

To be successful, you'll have:

Essential

- WA Electrical Licence

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong commitment to workplace safety

Desirable

- Telecommunications or communications experience

- Open Cabler Registration

- EWP, Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications

- First Aid Certificate

- Experience with radio systems, fibre optics, networking.

- Experience working on mining, government or critical infrastructure sites
