About The Role

Atlas Copco is seeking a Field Service Technician to support our growing customer base across Tasmania. This is a varied, autonomous role where you'll deliver preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs and technical support to customers across a range of industries.

What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on compressed air equipmentDiagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faultsCompleting in office repairs, upgrades and equipment commissioningProviding technical support and exceptional customer serviceMaintaining accurate service records and completing service documentationParticipating in an on-call roster

Trade qualification (Mechanical Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic or similar)Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skillsA practical, hands-on approach with a commitment to quality workmanshipExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently in a field-based environment, taking ownership of your schedule and service commitments with support from a Service Planner.Current Australian Driver's Licence and Full Australian working rights
