About the role

Bowral Mowers is seeking a dedicated Sales/Delivery qualified to join our team in Bowral, NSW. This is a full-time position that combines customer-facing sales expertise with hands-on delivery operations. You will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth by managing sales transactions and ensuring timely, professional delivery of products to our valued clients. This position is central to our operations, bridging the gap between our products and our customers whilst maintaining the high service standards Bowral Mowers is known for.

Key responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert product recommendations

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining detailed records

- Coordinate service workshop deliveries and pickups to customer locations in a professional and timely manner

- Ensure delivered products are in excellent condition and properly set up at customer sites

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

- Manage inventory levels and liaise with staff regarding stock availability

- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and care

- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and update customer records

- Represent Bowral Mowers positively at all times, upholding company values and standards

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in sales and/or customer service roles within the trades, services, or retail sector

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers

- Mechanical aptitude required.





- Physical capability to handle product deliveries and set-up tasks

- Valid driver's license

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and transaction processing

- Willingness to learn about products and industry knowledge

- Reliability, punctuality and a professional demeanour

- Preferred: Experience in the lawn and garden equipment industry or similar mechanical products
