The Company:

Broken Hill Gold Ltd (formerly Pacgold Ltd) purchased the White Dam Gold-Copper Project in late 2025. White Dam is a 5-hour drive to the NE of Adelaide and a 1-hour drive west of Broken Hill. The Project contains a shallow Mineral Resource of 102koz gold which is currently subject to infill drilling, an updated and upgraded Mineral Resource Estimate, and Mining studies to support a current phase of open pit gold production from the first quarter of 2027. The Company is also producing gold from retreatment of the historical heap leach pad. In July this year we announced the discovery of a new zone of high-grade gold-copper mineralisation at the Icebreaker Prospect.

The Company has recently completed a significant capital raising and is in a transformational stage in the Company's growth as a successful explorer and producer.

The Role:

You will play a key role is a small motivated and experienced exploration team, where you will gain hands-on experience in all facets of exploration, both regionally and in near-mine environs. The team has a clear mandate to unlock the potential of the White Dam Mine gold resources and surrounding tenement package in the next 24 months with well defined and executed exploration programmes.

This a full-time ongoing staff position. The roster comprises a 14-days-on, 14-days-off rotation including travel. A portion of the time off site will require flexible work from home arrangements. The point of hire is Adelaide, although other east coast locations may be considered on a case by case basis.

In your role of Exploration Geologist you will work in a small team of experienced Senior Geologists, other Exploration Geologists and Field Technicians to plan, implement and interpret a range of exploration programs including geological mapping, geochemical surface and shallow drill sampling,



geophysics and RC and Diamond drilling to discover and define gold and copper mineral resources. The role will encompass responsibility for specific programs, data collection and validation, and supervision of field teams including drilling and geophysical contractors. You will gain a high degree of hands-on experience and have the opportunity to contribute directly to the success of the company while growing your career.

The Duties:

- Supervision and logging of Aircore, RC and diamond core logging on Mineral Resource Estimate, near-mine and regional programmes, ensuring high quality data collection and safety compliance of programmes.

- Surface Geological and Structural Mapping — Undertake mapping of regional and near-mine prospects to support 3D geological interpretations and drill planning.

- Database Management — Update and maintain exploration databases for drilling and geochemistry.

- GIS & Data Interpretation — Interrogate and interpret field data in 3D to assess drill results and plan programmes.

- Reporting — Prepare internal and external technical reports and data compilations.

- Health and Safety — Ensure all field activities meet internal and legislated HSE standards and site procedures.

- Field Logistics — Manage sample dispatch and site storage, field consumables and equipment, and field camp operations.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Geology or Earth Sciences

- Three to six year's experience in mining or exploration geology

Desirable:

- Working knowledge of databases and GIS (Micromine, QGIS, ArcGIS, Leapfrog)

- Experience in drill logging and sampling

- Ability and willingness to work on rosters and in remote locations
