Who we are looking for
We’re looking for a passionate and organised learning and development professional who loves creating engaging learning opportunities, bringing ideas to life and helping people grow and thrive. If you’re someone who is team-oriented, proactive and excited by the opportunity to make a real difference through learning, you’ll be joining a positive, engaging and supportive team committed to building capability across RASA.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience coordinating organisational learning and development
- Experience administering a Learning Management System.
- High level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
It would be a bonus if you have:
- Experience within the community services or not-for-profit sector.
What you will be doing
The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and evaluating learning and development initiatives across RASA. The role supports organisational capability by ensuring employees have access to high-quality learning opportunities and role based and organisational training. In this role you will:
- Coordinate and administer the organisation's Learning and Development activity.
- Coordinate all role based and organisational training, monitor completion rates and provide regular reporting to managers and Executive.
- Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure new employees are effectively inducted into the organisation.
- Coordinate leadership development initiatives, workshops and professional development opportunities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
