At Pharmacy 777 Administration, we're looking for a Senior Payroll Officer to join our WA Administration team on a full-time basis and help shape a culture that supports our people, our members and our franchisees to thrive. Located in Osborne Park, the office is accessible to public transport, is within walking distance of parks, cafes, and onsite parking is available.

About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will provide senior payroll support and play a key role in ensuring accurate end-to-end payroll processing is delivered across the 777 Group. You will support the Finance Manager with payroll operations, continuous improvement initiatives and day-to-day payroll activities.

You'll collaborate with internal teams, pharmacy owners and external partners to deliver impactful solutions that align with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end processing of multiple fortnightly and ad-hoc payrolls.

- Prepare and manage payroll reporting, including end-of-month and financial year reporting.

- Maintain Payroll Service communications and respond to payroll enquiries in a timely manner.





- Support the Finance Manager with payroll operations, continuous improvement initiatives and payroll-related projects.

- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and databases.

- Interpret and apply relevant legislation, Awards and employment conditions.

- Manage government Paid Parental Leave (PPL) and Child Support cases.

- Coordinate the flow of information between the Payroll, Human Resources and Finance teams.

- Process superannuation contributions and Payroll Tax payments in accordance with legislative requirements.

- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of payroll systems and procedures.

- Provide guidance and support to payroll team members where required and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Prior Payroll experience (2+ years), encompassing payroll systems, practices, and procedures. Service-based, high volume payroll experience desired.

- Previous experience in a senior payroll position. Team leadership or supervisory experience will be highly regarded.

- Knowledge and understanding of Fair Work obligations and Award interpretation.

- Knowledge of Accounting principles and standards.

- Excellent skills using Microsoft Suite, predominantly SharePoint, Excel and Word.





- Ability to establish strong client and internal relationships.

- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
