The Opportunity

Scott Park Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

This is a commercially focused leadership role responsible for shaping and executing our marketing and brand strategy, driving lead generation, strengthening our market position and supporting Sales growth.

Working closely with senior leadership, Sales and operational teams, you’ll oversee a broad marketing portfolio spanning brand, digital, CRM, campaigns, content, SEO, customer experience and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company’s Marketing & Brand Strategy, including value proposition and pricing strategy.

- Lead multi-channel campaigns focused on brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition.

- Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM, marketing automation and customer lifecycle communications.

- Lead website development, landing pages, content, SEO and emerging AEO/AI search optimisation initiatives.

- Use AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency, content production and customer experience.

- Analyse campaign, lead and sales data to measure performance and inform commercial decisions.

- Work closely with the Head of Sales and Sales Managers to improve enquiry-to-sale conversion and achieve growth targets.

- Manage marketing budgets and relationships with agencies, media suppliers, designers, printers and other partners.

- Oversee marketing activity across display homes, digital, social, print, signage and other customer touchpoints.

- Provide market insights, reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

- Continually improve the customer journey through targeted communications, workflows and marketing touchpoints.

About You

You’ll be an experienced marketing skilled who combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen and hands-on execution.

Ideally,



you’ll have:

- A degree in Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline.

- Extensive marketing and brand development experience.

- Experience in residential construction, property, building or a related industry is highly desirable.

- Strong commercial, analytical and financial skills.

- Proven experience developing and delivering strategic marketing campaigns.

- Strong digital, SEO, content and CRM capabilities, ideally with HubSpot experience.

- An understanding of AI-powered search and practical applications of AI in marketing.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

- The ability to translate data and insights into clear commercial recommendations.
