Join our Retail Markets Finance team and play a key role in delivering financial insight that drives commercial decision making. Working closely with business leaders, you'll analyse performance, lead forecasting activities, develop financial models and provide recommendations that optimise business outcomes and support growth across our retail portfolio.

What you’ll do

- Delivering insightful performance reporting and analysis of key business drivers and trends

- Partnering with stakeholders to understand operational impacts on financial performance

- Developing budgets, forecasts and financial models that support commercial decision making

- Building trusted relationships across Retail Markets to influence positive business outcomes

- Identifying opportunities for process improvement, enhanced controls and better use of data and systems

Your experience

- CA, CPA or CIMA qualified with substantial experience in commercial finance, business partnering or financial planning and analysis

- Expertise in building and maintaining complex financial models, business cases and profitability analysis to support strategic decision-making

- Robust understanding of performance reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes, with the ability to identify key business drivers and financial risks





- Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge stakeholders through the delivery of high-quality financial insights and data-driven recommendations

- Experience working within highly analytical, fast-paced environments, with energy market knowledge or exposure to complex pricing and margin-based businesses advantageous
