With 500+ roofing projects in our pipeline and new work coming in every week, we're scaling our internal roofing crews and looking for quality people to join us.

We're hiring:

- Leading Hand – Qualified Roof Plumbing Tradesperson

- Metal Roofers / Roof Plumbing Tradespeople

- Skilled Roofing Assistants

- Roofing Labourers

Leading Hand – Qualified Roof Plumbing Tradesperson

We're looking for a hands-on tradesperson who leads from the front.

You'll work on the tools while leading a 3–4 person crew and taking ownership of:

- Day-to-day site delivery

- Crew productivity and workflow

- Metal roofing and re-roofing

- Roof sheeting, flashings and cappings

- Fascia, gutters and downpipes

- Quality and WHS standards

- Materials and equipment

- Communication with your Roofing Operations Lead

- Progress updates and quality checks





- Developing your crew

Metal Roofers, Roofing Assistants & Labourers

We're looking for good people across different experience levels.

Work includes:

- Metal roofing and re-roofing

- Strip-offs and roof preparation

- Roof sheeting

- Flashings and cappings

- Fascia, gutters and downpipes

- Cutting and measuring

- Material handling

- Site set-up and clean-up
