Karidis Corporation Limited is a leading property development company in South Australia, with extensive portfolios of residential, commercial, industrial, retail, and car park assets.

With ongoing expansion and recent developments, we require a dynamic manager to oversee both operational and commercial management of our car parks to ensure maximum occupancy, optimal asset performance, and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Day-to-day management and operational support for all car park and commercial property sites

- Supervision of car park attendants and coordinate property management teams.

- Compliance with WH&S; and other legislative requirements

- Preparation and presentation of management reports

- Coordination of all aspects of leasing arrangements





- Work with marketing professionals to conceive and implement marketing initiatives to develop and maintain business

What we are looking for:

- Operational and management experience - minimum of two years in a similar role

- Well organised with high level of administrative skills

- Excellent customer service

- Energy and initiative to drive business

- Car Park, Commercial Real Estate or Property Management experience is well regarded

- Computer literacy with knowledge of Excel, Word and Xero (or similar)

- Current drivers license and own transport is essential
