Are you a professional, customer-focused individual looking for a rewarding role in healthcare? This is a fantastic opportunity to join our well-established, privately billed General Practice clinics located across the beautiful townships of Mulwala, Yarrawonga and Corowa.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Medical Receptionist to become an integral part of our team. Our clinics operate Monday to Friday, offering an excellent work-life balance with no weekend work required.

This is a part-time position, requiring availability for 3-4 days per week.

About the Role

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our busy medical practices.

Key responsibilities include:

- Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner

- Managing appointment bookings and patient enquiries

- Answering and directing telephone calls

- Processing payments and reconciling daily transactions

- Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative documentation

- Supporting doctors and clinical staff with administrative tasks





- Ensuring the reception area is welcoming, organised and professional

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Australian citizenship (required)

- Previous experience in medical reception or administration (highly regarded)

- Experience using Best Practice software (desirable)

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- A strong work ethic with a reliable and skilled approach

- The ability to work independently using initiative, as well as collaboratively within a team

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- A positive, enthusiastic and approachable attitude

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

- The ability to build professional rapport with patients, colleagues and healthcare professionals
