About the role

As our recent full-time Project Architect / Experienced Graduate of Architecture, you will lead projects across a range of sectors and project scales, managing work through multiple stages from early design through documentation and delivery. You will build strong relationships with clients and consultants, coordinate project teams and help drive projects forward with confidence and initiative. Based in our Perth CBD studio, you'll work closely with the Perth team while collaborating regularly with our Adelaide studio as part of a connected practice. While our studios operate across different locations,



we work as one integrated team through shared systems, regular collaboration and collective project support.

Key responsibilities

- Lead projects across a range of sectors and project scales

- Manage work through multiple stages from early design through documentation and delivery

- Build strong relationships with clients and consultants

- Coordinate project teams

- Drive projects forward with confidence and initiative

- Make informed decisions and manage projects with minimal day-to-day direction

About you

- 5–10 years architectural experience, with demonstrated experience in the Australian architectural and construction industry

- Can confidently lead projects with minimal day-to-day direction

- Experience managing projects across multiple phases

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly proficient in Revit and confident managing BIM-led project delivery

- Capability in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop

- Enjoys balancing design thinking with practical delivery outcomes

- Works collaboratively and contributes positively within a team environment

- Australian Registration, or progress toward registration is highly regarded

- Department of Housing and Works Superintendent experience favourable
