About the Role

As the Staff Engagement & Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face of Rosewood across our Support Office, West Perth and Leederville sites. You’ll spend your days building relationships, planning staff activities, celebrating achievements and helping shape a warm, inclusive and engaging workplace culture. This is a part‑time position working 3 days per week, offering a outstanding balance of meaningful work and variety. Working closely with the Safety, Health & Wellbeing Manager, you will plan and deliver staff events, support wellbeing committees, coordinate recognition activities and help strengthen collaboration across teams. It’s a role with plenty of autonomy and creativity, perfect for someone who enjoys being out and about and turning great ideas into memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Staff engagement activities delivered across all sites, including quarterly newsletter content in collaboration with Marketing and Communications Officer
- Building strong relationships with staff through regular on‑site presence and positive, proactive engagement




- Planning and delivering staff events, team‑building activities, appreciation days and wellbeing initiatives
- Supporting Wellbeing Committees and coordinating agreed actions
- Encouraging staff feedback and helping identify common themes to support continuous improvement
- Coordinating Support Office recognition activities and incentives
- Planning activities around travel commitments to ensure consistency and timely delivery
- Contributing to a safe, person‑centred and values‑driven workplace culture

About You

Essential

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships across multiple sites
- Comfortable engaging with staff from diverse roles and backgrounds
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- Experience planning workplace events or culture initiatives

Desirable

- Qualifications or experience in HR, Communications or Event Management
- Up‑to‑date influenza vaccination

Mandatory Requirements

- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Australian working rights
- Current driver’s licence and own transport
