Support Palmerston Campus operations, student services, events and facilities while delivering a welcoming experience for students and the community.

About the Position
As a Campus Coordinator, you will support the smooth day-to-day operations of Palmerston Campus, delivering high-quality customer service to students, staff and the community. You will coordinate Karawa Training Restaurant bookings and administration, support student services and engagement activities, and assist with campus facilities, room bookings, events and venue hire. Working collaboratively with Student Central, TAFE teams and Facilities, you will also provide a broad range of administrative and operational support to help create a welcoming, efficient and positive campus experience.

About You
To be successful, you will require:

- Completion of a Certificate IV qualification and/or relevant experience in administration, hospitality, customer service or operational support roles.
- Demonstrated customer service and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and varying levels of English proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting and build positive stakeholder relationships.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated computer literacy, including experience using online booking systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications such as Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.
- Experience in administrative functions including bookings coordination, facilities support, events administration, hospitality administration or general office operations.
- Commitment to the University’s values.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 4. The base salary will be in the range of $70,037 - $74,456 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $81,943 - $87,113 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
