About the Role

Bolts Nuts Screws, a leading provider of fastening solutions, is hiring 2–3 motivated, customer-focused Customer Service / Warehouse Assistants to join our team in Coomera, Queensland. These are permanent part time roles based at the Gold Coast City Marina. Hours and roster can be agreed with the successful candidates.

Previous experience in the fastener industry is essential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, responding to queries and addressing customer needs in a timely manner

• Assist with incoming and outgoing goods, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching orders

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management

• Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, safe and organised

• Support the wider team with administrative and operational duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in the fastener industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

• Availability for permanent part-time work

• A valid forklift licence would be highly regarded but is not essential
