Join our team as our next Workshop Coordinator! This hands-on leadership position is responsible for executing and managing daily fabrication, welding, and piping activities.
Working closely with clients, trades personnel, and apprentices, you will coordinate resources and support your team - ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard!

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily workshop operations, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Drive a strong safety culture while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
- Coordinate workflow and communicate project progress with clients and management.
- Mentor and support trades personnel and apprentices to achieve successful project outcomes.
About You:
- Full Australian working rights
- Trade Qualified (Fabrication/Welding)
- 2-3 years’ experience in similar workshop management role
- Solid understanding of piping, structural work, and technical drawings
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
