About the role

As a Site Manager at DIMEO CLEANING SERVICES PTY LTD, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the cleaning operations for a key client site based in the Perth CBD area. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional and efficient cleaning services to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

- Manage and oversee a team of cleaning professionals to deliver outstanding service

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaning staff to ensure high standards are maintained

- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns or issues that arise

- Coordinate the scheduling and allocation of cleaning staff and resources across the site

- Ensure all cleaning activities adhere to relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

- Assist with the recruitment, training and development of the cleaning team

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiencies within cleaning operations

What we're looking for

- Significant experience in a similar supervisory role within the cleaning industry

- Proven ability to effectively lead, motivate and develop a team of cleaning professionals





- Solid customer service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships with clients

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to coordinate operations across multiple sites

- Familiarity with cleaning standards, industry regulations and best practices

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
