Arrow Health is looking for an engaging, motivated and compassionate Program Facilitator to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
This is an opportunity to work directly with people undertaking residential treatment for alcohol and other drug (AOD) concerns, supporting them to build insight, develop practical recovery skills and create meaningful and sustainable change.

About the Role
As a Program Facilitator, you will play an important role in the delivery of our residential rehabilitation program.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups, contribute to individual treatment planning and provide case management support throughout a resident’s treatment journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating engaging, evidence-informed therapeutic and psychoeducational groups
- Developing and delivering AOD and recovery-focused program content
- Building strong therapeutic relationships with residents
- Supporting individual treatment planning, goal setting and recovery planning
- Providing case management and coordinating elements of resident care
- Completing high-quality case notes, clinical documentation and reports
- Contributing to clinical reviews and multidisciplinary discussions
- Supporting residents to actively engage in the therapeutic community and their recovery program
- Working collaboratively with nursing, medical, counselling, admissions and other members of the multidisciplinary team
- Supporting continuous improvement and development of Arrow Health’s treatment programs
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident working with people experiencing substance use and/or co-occurring mental health concerns and who can bring both clinical knowledge and personality to the role.
You will ideally have:
- A Diploma of Alcohol and Other Drugs or higher relevant qualification
- A minimum of three years’ experience within AOD, mental health, rehabilitation or a related clinical service
- Experience facilitating therapeutic, psychoeducational or recovery-focused groups
- A strong understanding of addiction, recovery and contemporary AOD treatment approaches
- Skills in assessment, case management, care coordination and individual treatment planning
- The ability to engage people with complex needs using a respectful, strengths-based and recovery-oriented approach
- Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Sound professional judgement, initiative and flexibility
- High standards of clinical documentation and professional practice
You will also require:
- A current Victorian Driver Licence
- A satisfactory National Police Check
- Australian working rights appropriate to the position
