Carpenter

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CREW is now seeking a Full Time (at least 38 hours per week) Carpenter to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities:

· Analyzing technical blueprints to identify construction requirements and installation methods for various components

· Preparing structural configurations by sourcing lumber and related building supplies based on design needs

· Measuring and shaping structural parts, then securing them in place using appropriate fastening techniques

· Constructing base platforms, aligning support systems, and confirming accuracy with leveling tools during assembly

· Installing outer wall coverings, securing roof layers, and mounting pre-fitted door and window units

· Combining pre-cut wooden pieces into finished components for final setup in designated spaces





· Designing and forming custom interlocking wood connections for precise structural fitting

Skills and experience:

· Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.

· At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role.

· Good time management

· Valuable organizational skills

Salary: $79,000 – 100,000 per year
