San Marino Ristorante Café is a fast-paced, well-established Italian café/ristorante in Seaford, known for quality food, strong team culture, and high service standards. We are currently seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant / Senior Staff Member to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy hospitality workplace and is looking to grow within a professional operation.

About the Role

- Lunch and dinner shifts available
- Availability required across a 7-day rotating roster
- Ability to work longer shifts in a high-volume environment
- Hands-on service role including floor service, bar service, and customer engagement
- Supporting the Manager in daily operations
- Upholding strong service standards and team leadership (for senior applicants)

Essential Requirements

- Proven experience in hospitality (café/restaurant preferred)
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)




- Current RP Badge (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Strong communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
