Ewing Real Estate is expanding into Narrabri, and we're looking for an experienced Sales Agent to help build our presence in the market.

We are seeking a motivated, driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent who understands the local property market, knows how to build relationships and has a proven ability to generate listings and achieve sales results.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an agent who already understands the fundamentals of real estate sales and is ready to take the next step.

You will be responsible for developing relationships with property owners, identifying opportunities, securing listings and managing the sales process from appraisal through to settlement.

The successful applicant will have:

A minimum of two years' real estate sales experience

Established local knowledge and experience within the Narrabri property market.

You will understand the local community, property market, buyer demographics and the importance of relationships in a regional market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Sales Agent, you will:

- Prospect for new business and develop your own client base

- Conduct property appraisals and listing presentations

- Secure residential property listings

- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships

- Conduct inspections and open homes

- Manage buyer enquiry and follow-up

- Negotiate offers and achieve strong results for clients

- Manage campaigns from listing through to settlement

- Maintain regular communication with vendors

- Identify opportunities across the Narrabri property market

- Build relationships with investors, buyers,



sellers and local businesses

- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales databases

- Work collaboratively with the wider Ewing Real Estate team

- Represent the Ewing Real Estate brand professionally throughout the community

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This role is suited to an established agent who is ambitious, professional, organized and prepared to work hard to build their business.

Essential:

- Minimum two years' experience in real estate sales

- Demonstrated local experience and knowledge of the Narrabri property market

- Current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration

- Current Australian driver's licence

- Proven ability to generate and secure listings

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Excellent telephone manner

- Strong relationship-building ability

- Excellent organization and time management

- High attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Professional presentation and attitude

- Competency with Word, Excel and CRM systems

Experience with Canva, Lightroom or Photoshop would be beneficial, but is not essential.

Property management experience is also beneficial, but not a requirement.
