To be successful in this position you should meet the following criteria:

- Possess knowledge of the residential aged care framework and accreditation standards

- Previous Aged Care Experience - highly regarded

- Ability to supervise personal carers

- Effective time management and organisational skills

- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team

The role

- Part Time positions available

- Available for all shifts including weekend and night shifts

- Competitive Salary packaging for the not-for-profit sector lets eligible employees pay for everyday personal expenses using pre-tax income of up to $15,900 per FBT year, plus an extra $2,650 for meals and entertainment.

- Applicants should possess appropriate qualifications and a demonstrated commitment to the aged care sector.
