About you

- Hold a natural aptitude and enjoyment for hands on, practical work

- Previous industry experience or exposure in the form of commercial maintenance or construction





- Full Australian Driver's Licence

- Demonstrated dedication and discipline to long term goals, whether it be through team sports, community work or other apprenticeships

- Completion of a pre apprenticeship or similar will be highly regarded

- Strong willingness and ability to develop trade knowledge and problem-solving skills

- Strong initiative with a safe approach to completing tasks

- Professional and respectful attitude

- Able to follow instructions and understand the value of constructive feedback

- Prepared to work early starts, diverse hours and sometimes in sometimes tough conditions

- Professional self-presentation and pride in personal standards

- Evidence of commitment and dedication through activities such as sport, volunteering, community involvement, other activities
