Due to continued expansion, our Landscape Maintenance Division is now seeking capable staff to join our team.

The Role

We are looking for experienced operators with horticultural and mechanical backgrounds. A WA Pesticide Spray Licence is highly regarded, and irrigation experience is a strong advantage.

Candidates with an MR Driver’s Licence and a mechanical background will be highly considered.

Our base is located 10 minutes east of Mindarie Keys (near Wanneroo Road).
Typical hours:



5:00 am – 1:00 pm (8-hour day), with overtime as required.

Daily Duties Include

- Mowing, edging & brush-cutting lawn areas

- Hedging and pruning

- Weed removal (manual and chemical application)

- Spraying weeds in garden & hardstand areas

- Raking gardens and clearing debris

- Monitoring and reporting on plant health

- Checking irrigation systems & making minor repairs

- Job reporting

Essential Requirements

- Current C Class Driver’s Licence (MR Licence preferred)

- Current Police Clearance

- Honest, reliable, and self-motivated

- Physically fit & mechanically minded

- Willingness to work unsupervised
