Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Agricultural Machinery Salesperson to join our Western Victorian team, servicing customers across Colac west, and surrounding regions.

The Role

This is a field-based sales role focused on agriculture customers. You will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong existing relationships, and delivering machinery solutions tailored to customer needs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Selling new and used agricultural machinery, including Case IH, Kuhn, Bednar, Househam and Polaris

- Managing and growing an established customer base

- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities

- Conducting on-farm visits, demonstrations, and field days

- Preparing quotes, tenders, and sales contracts

- Working closely with service, parts, and administration teams





- Achieving agreed sales targets and reporting outcomes

About You

You will be a motivated, self-driven sales professional with strong agricultural knowledge and a genuine interest in modern farming systems.

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience in agricultural machinery sales or a related agribusiness role

- Strong knowledge of farming practices

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a wider team

- Strong organisational and time-management skills

- A current driver's licence

Location

This role will be based out of Colac West, servicing Western Victoria.
