Sales Coordinator / Sales Support | Response Electricians (Perth)

$70,000 to $80,000 a year plus super. Monday to Friday, no weekends. Based in Osborne Park.

We're after a Sales Coordinator to be one of the first people our customers talk to and to keep our sales process running smoothly. If you're organised, good on the phone and like getting things right, you'll fit in well here. Sales support, customer service or admin backgrounds are all welcome.

What you'll be doing

You keep the sales process moving. Reporting to the Head of Residential & Commercial Sales, you'll cover Private Residential and Private Commercial work and help the Real Estate team with enquiries, quoting and bookings. You'll answer the phones, price and book standard jobs from our price list, and work with the Head of Sales on the more complex ones.

Certainty is what we sell. Every call you take shapes how a customer feels about us before a technician even turns up. For standard jobs, you give a clear price and book the work in, with no surprises and no hidden costs. For bigger or trickier jobs, larger projects and tenders, you work alongside the Head of Sales. They lead the pricing and quoting, and you keep the scope, scheduling and follow-up on track.

It's a hands-on role. You'll manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot, chase up outstanding quotes, keep our records tidy across HubSpot and Simpro, and check in on jobs so customers stay in the loop from their first enquiry through to a finished job.



You'll work closely with Operations on scheduling, Accounts on invoicing, and our Business Development Manager on Real Estate work, so being valuable with people across the team really matters.

What you'll bring

You've worked in sales support, sales coordination, customer service or admin before. You're confident and professional on the phone, and comfortable quoting standard prices from a set price list. You know your way around CRM and job management software, and experience with HubSpot and Simpro is a real plus. You can juggle a few priorities and follow-ups at once without letting things slip, you get on well with people across sales, operations and accounts, and you take pride in getting the details right.

Experience in electrical, construction, trades or real estate services is a bonus. It also helps if you know Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Drive) and have put together quotes or itemised pricing before. You're organised, level-headed under pressure, reliable and self-motivated, and you tend to spot what needs doing and just get on with it.
