About the role
dollar curtains + binds Merimbula are seeking a Window Covering Installer to join our team. As a Window Covering Installer, you will be responsible for installing a wide range of window coverings, including blinds, shutters, shades, and drapes, for both residential and commercial clients. You will work closely with our sales team and clients to ensure that all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Training will be provided with our senior installers to show you the ropes.

Duties
· Install a variety of window coverings, including blinds, shutters, shades, and drapes,



according to client specifications and company standards.
· Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and make necessary adjustments.
· Communicate with clients and sales team regarding installation timelines and any potential issues in a professional and courteous manner.
· Ensure that all installations are completed safely and efficiently.
· Maintain clean and organized work area.
· Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.

Skills & Experience
· We will teach you of the different types of window coverings and their installation requirements.
· Experience using hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and levels.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
· Communication and customer service skills.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
