The Role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties while providing a high level of service to our landlords and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing landlord and tenant relationships

- Conducting routine inspections and preparing reports

- Coordinating repairs and maintenance

- Managing lease renewals and rent reviews

- Monitoring rental arrears

- Managing tenancy applications, ingoing and outgoing processes

- Liaising with trades, landlords and tenants

- Handling tenancy matters professionally and efficiently

- Ensuring properties and tenancy documentation remain compliant

- Working closely with the wider Property Management team

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in residential Property Management

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail





- Confident communicating with landlords and tenants

- Professional, approachable and solution focused

- Able to manage priorities in a busy environment

- A strong team player with a positive attitude

- Comfortable using modern Property Management technology

- Committed to providing outstanding customer service

A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence and a valid driver's licence will be required.
