Warehouse Storeperson

Upper Coomera, Gold Coast

Rapid LED is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Storeperson who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a long-term team.

This role offers full-time hours (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) under an initial casual employment contract. After 3–6 months, the right candidate may be offered a permanent full-time position.

This position suits someone looking for stable, long-term employment within a growing company - not short-term casual work.

Shift time: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role

Rapid LED is a growing LED lighting distributor supplying electrical contractors Australia-wide.

Based at our Upper Coomera warehouse, you will be part of the warehouse team responsible for picking, packing, receiving, and dispatching orders across multiple branches.

You will play an key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately

- Receive inbound stock and assist with put-away

- Prepare and dispatch outbound freight orders

- Use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process orders

- Perform stock movements and location transfers

- Provide customer service to trade customers collecting orders from the warehouse





- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse

- Assist with general warehouse duties as required

- Follow warehouse procedures and safety practices

About You (Skills & Experience)

- Previous warehouse / storeperson experience preferred

- Experience with WMS systems or warehouse scanners is highly regarded

- Forklift licence required

- Strong attention to detail

- Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced setting

- Reliable and motivated with a positive attitude

- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks

- Strong work ethic and commitment to showing up and getting the job done
