The Role
ADH Golf & Utility Vehicles is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead and oversee our Service Department operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with robust organisational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proven ability to manage teams and workshop activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and oversee all workshop and on-site service jobs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing service clients.
- Lead, direct, and manage Service Technicians and Support Staff.
- Ensure a protected, compliant, and efficient working environment within the Service Department.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the service division.
- Ensure full compliance with manufacturer warranty requirements and processes.
- With the assistance of our Customer Service Officer, maintain accurate service records and client vehicle histories.
About You
- Proven experience in a Service Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Sound understanding of workshop operations, service scheduling, and warranty processes.
- Ability to manage budgets and drive operational efficiency.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
