Join a team where your work genuinely makes a difference.
Could you be the person who makes our clients feel looked after from start to finish?
Country Wide Wealth is looking for an experienced and motivated Client Services Officer to join our growing financial advice team on the Central Coast.
This is more than an administration role. You'll be an important part of the client experience - building relationships, supporting our Advisers and making sure things happen smoothly behind the scenes.
Why you'll love this role
A better work-life balance
We're open to an 8 or 9-day fortnight, giving you the chance to enjoy more flexibility without stepping away from a rewarding career.
Real relationships with clients
You'll have plenty of direct client contact. You'll get to know our clients, understand what's important to them and play a meaningful role in delivering the advice and service they rely on.
Be part of a team that's growing and evolving
We're a close-knit team that genuinely supports one another. We value people who bring ideas, take ownership and want to help us continually improve the way we work.
About the role
As a Client Services Officer, you'll work closely with our Financial Advisers to deliver a seamless experience for our clients, particularly throughout their ongoing review and advice journey.
It's a hands-on and varied role where you'll be trusted to take ownership, solve problems and keep things moving. No two days are quite the same.
You'll be involved in:
- Supporting Advisers throughout the client review process
- Building relationships with clients through phone, email and face-to-face contact
- Preparing documentation and files for client appointments
- Implementing advice, including managing, lodging and tracking applications and claims
- Attending client meetings where required
- Communicating with financial institutions, product providers and other stakeholders
- Working closely with referral partners and professional networks
- Identifying opportunities to improve our systems, processes and client experience
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is experienced, organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Ideally, you'll have:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within financial planning
- Strong knowledge of superannuation and insurance application processes
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and take ownership of your workload
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to suggest better ways of doing things
- Experience with Xplan would be highly regarded, but isn't essential
Just as importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in their work and understands that great client service is about more than simply ticking boxes.
What we offer
- Fulltime, or 8 or 9-day fortnight – because flexibility matters
- A supportive, close-knit and genuinely collaborative team
- A varied role with meaningful client interaction
- The opportunity to develop your skills within a growing financial advice business
- A workplace where your ideas and contribution are valued
- Competitive remuneration based on your experience
- Immediate start available
