Job Description
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist with proven leadership experience to join our #AAA Taree team, supporting OT clinicians and participants across the region.
In This Role You Will
Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomesProvide 1:1 clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development to graduate and early career OTs, alongside operational support.Manage your own caseload while delivering timely, high-quality therapy services to NDIS participants across home, school, and community settings.Assessing participants with complex emotional, cognitive, developmental, and physical needsUsing clinical observation and standardised assessments to develop evidence-based therapy goalsSupporting team operations, referral allocation, and NDIS compliance
