Site Supervisors | Foremen | Site Managers

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations

- Lead site teams, subcontractors and trades to achieve project outcomes

- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard

- Coordinate construction activities and site resources efficiently





- Monitor productivity, quality and project schedules

- Conduct toolbox talks and maintain WHS compliance

- Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders

- Complete site reporting, documentation and compliance requirements

- Drive a positive site culture focused on safety, teamwork and accountability

About You

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry

- Experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, Leading Hand or Site Manager

- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills

- Sound understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery

- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage competing priorities

- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

- Current White Card and relevant industry qualifications

- Current driver's licence

- Highly organised with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
