Senior Tyre Technician – Workshop & Mobile Service

Telescope Tyres Group is a leading regional tyre and automotive business servicing retail, commercial, agricultural and earthmoving customers across New South Wales. We pride ourselves on reliable workmanship, quality service and strong, long-term customer relationships.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tyre Technician to join our Central Coast branch.

This is a wide-ranging, hands-on role combining in-store tyre fitting and workshop duties with mobile field servicing and breakdown work. You will work across a broad range of vehicles and equipment while supporting the branch in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Fitting, repairing, rotating and balancing tyres in the workshop

- Providing mobile tyre fitting and repair services at customer sites

- Servicing passenger vehicles, 4WDs, light commercial vehicles and truck fleets

- Working with agricultural and earthmoving tyres when required

- Diagnosing tyre wear, damage and related issues

- Responding to breakdowns and urgent service callouts

- Providing professional advice and excellent customer service

- Completing job records and service documentation accurately

- Maintaining service vehicles, equipment and work areas

- Following all WHS and company safety requirements

- Supporting the branch team with its daily workload and performance targets

Skills and Experience





- Strong tyre-fitting experience is essential

- Experience with commercial truck tyres is highly regarded

- Agricultural and earthmoving tyre experience would be an advantage

- Ability to work effectively in both workshop and mobile service environments

- Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities

- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

- Professional presentation and a customer-focused attitude

- Current driver’s licence

- Current HR or MR licence is desirable

- Strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
