About the Role:

This is a hands-on Carpenter role working across a variety of commercial cladding and façade projects throughout South Australia.

You’ll work as part of an experienced team, delivering high-quality projects while continuing to develop your skills within the commercial cladding industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Installing commercial cladding, façade systems, framing and associated products

- Reading and working from construction drawings and details

- Completing work safely, efficiently and to a high standard

- Working closely with Leading Hands, apprentices and other trades on site

- Identifying site issues and communicating them early

- Using tools, equipment and materials correctly and responsibly

- Following Integral Built’s systems,



processes and safety requirements

- Taking pride in your workmanship and the finished product

- Supporting apprentices and less-experienced team members where required

- Contributing to a positive, accountable and productive team environment

- Continuously developing your skills and progressing your career within Integral Built

Who We're Looking For:

We're more interested in attitude, character and leadership potential than simply years of experience.

- Trade qualification (Certificate III or equivalent)

- Current Driver's Licence

- Previous Leading Hand or supervisory experience

- Strong commitment to safety and quality

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Pride in workmanship

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Ability to work independently and lead a team
