We provide NDIS participants with individual support needs with a range of supported accommodation options. With a team of qualified and dedicated staff throughout the Metropolitan areas of WA.

About the Role:

We currently have a dual role opportunity for a 0.4 FTE NDIS Claiming and Accounts Officer to join the Finance team at Collective Hope Community Services Ltd. This position plays a key role in assisting the financial operations related to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all claim and reconciliation activities.

The role supports internal stakeholders by assisting the team to ensure that NDIS claims are processed efficiently, payment reconciliations are accurate, and financial data is clearly reported. You will work closely with the Accounts Payroll team, the broader Finance department, and operational staff to ensure that all NDIS-related financial processes align with organisational and regulatory requirements.

Level 3.1 of the SCHADS Award [$40.49/ hour base rate]

Key Responsibilities:

- Review weekly/fortnightly rosters and generate NDIS claim values per employee in line with signed Service Agreements
- Create, process, and lodge weekly NDIS claims/invoices, including reconciliations for all supported employees
- Reconcile Agency-managed claims against NDIS Remittance Advice
- Investigate and resolve claim anomalies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders promptly
- Assist with handling high-volume transactions while ensuring deadlines are met and strong employer relationships are maintained.




- Assist with end-to-end payroll in accordance with relevant legislation, awards, and company policies.
- Assist accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, reconciliations, remittances and reporting.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and compliance reporting.
- Maintain organised filing systems and carry out other administrative duties as required

Selection Criteria

We are looking for someone with:

- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting/Payroll/Finance or equivalent experience
- 2 years’ experience in Accounting/Finance/Payroll
- Certificate in or proven experience in working with Xero.
- Proven excellence in verbal and written communication
- A positive demeanour and resilience in working with challenges
- Strong alignment to the Collective Hope mission, vision and values
