About the Role

As Business Manager - Finance & Insurance, you'll guide customers through tailored finance and insurance solutions across new and used vehicles. You'll work closely with the Sales team to maximise every chance, achieve F&I; targets and deliver a seamless, professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Present and sell tailored finance and insurance products to customers.
- Maximise finance and insurance penetration while achieving IPRU targets.
- Partner with Sales teams to maximise opportunities and support deal conversion.
- Build strong customer relationships, repeat business and referral opportunities.
- Manage finance approvals, documentation, contracts and vehicle deliveries accurately.
- Maintain product knowledge, compliance and follow up customers for future sales.

About You

You'll be a commercially driven F&I; professional with the confidence to work across multiple brands and a strong focus on customer outcomes and profitability.

You'll Bring:

- Proven automotive Business Manager or F&I; experience with current accreditations.
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products.




- Proven sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent administration, organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, computer literacy and dealership systems experience.
- Ability to achieve KPIs, work under pressure and deliver exceptional customer service.
