West Coast Shade has been at the forefront of the shade sail industry in WA since 1995, and are looking to expand our skilled team.

Our workshop currently produces over 1000 custom made shade sails and associated products annually, with volume increasing year on year.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated fabrication Supervisor to ensure our workshop quality and accuracy keep pace with our high output.

Your duties will include:

- All aspects of shade sail fabrication, including measuring, cutting, (sewing) and finishing of shade sails

- Organisation & planning in consultation with management.

- Freight inbound & outbound control

- Stock control

- Develop and implement process and procedure improvement strategies





- Training and mentoring of other team members

- Maintain a positive and motivated team culture

- Maintain all current tools, equipment etc

The successful applicant must:

- Have demonstrated experience in fabrication, leadership and results

- Be able to perform physically demanding tasks

- Be able to work independently or as part of a team

- Demonstrate strong interpersonal & communication skills

- Possess a positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude with a robust work ethic

- Be reliable and flexible

Strongly desired:

- Industrial sewing machine experience

- Forklift ticket

- Basic welding ability
