- Join one of WA's most successful builders
- Work with a collaborative, high-performing team
- Permanent | Fulltime | Based in Myaree

About the Role

This is the senior leadership role that keeps our builds on track, on scope, and on margin. As Scheduling Manager, you'll lead the scheduling function across our new homes residential portfolio.

You'll work closely with the Construction, Estimating, Procurement, and Site teams to keep cost, scope, and sequencing aligned across the portfolio. And you'll lead people: mentoring and developing a capable scheduling team, building their capability, and creating the kind of disciplined, high-performing function the rest of the business can rely on.

If you like driving continuous improvement, embedding better ways of working, and being the trusted voice senior leaders turn to for clarity, this role gives you real ownership to do it.

About You

You're an experienced scheduling professional who understands residential construction, and you know what it takes to build a team that delivers. Maybe you've already led a scheduling function or team, or maybe you're a senior scheduler or team lead ready to take the next step into leadership. Either way, you bring advanced scheduling expertise and a strong grasp of construction sequencing and build methodology, and you're the kind of person others naturally look to: someone who mentors and develops those around them, lifts performance, and helps create a disciplined, high-performing function the business can rely on.

You think commercially. You keep a close eye on margin and cost control, and you back your decisions with strong analytical skills and a real attention to detail. You're comfortable managing competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment,

and you communicate clearly and confidently with people at every level of the business, from site supervisors to senior leadership. Above all, you bring a continuous-improvement mindset.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Strong scheduling capability within residential construction, with experience leading a team or ready to step into a leadership role
- Solid knowledge of construction sequencing and build methodology
- Commercial and financial acumen, with a focus on margin management and cost control
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
- High accountability and reliability, supported by strong systems and data literacy
