About the role

At Cairns Car Group, you will play an important role in ensuring our recent and used vehicles are sparkling, presentable and ready to impress our customers. You will also assist our team with the movement of vehicles throughout the dealership and offsite.

Key responsibilities

- Cleaning and preparing dealership vehicles to a high presentation standard

- Use of cleaning, buffing, polishing, and waxing tools effectively

- Identify and report any cosmetic imperfections

- Preparing new and used vehicles for display and customer delivery

- Assisting with the movement of vehicles between dealership storage locations

- Transporting vehicles to and from external reconditioning supplier

- Working closely with our experienced dealership and reconditioning teams

- Helping ensure every vehicle leaves our premises looking its absolute best





- Have a sound knowledge of cleaning products and safety when using them

About you

- Previous automotive detailing experience

- A current Australian driver's licence

- Full working rights in Australia

- The ability to safely drive and manoeuvre a range of vehicles

- A strong eye for detail and pride in your work

- Reliability and a strong work ethic

- The ability to work independently while also being part of a team

- A professional and positive attitude

- To be local to the Cairns region

- Dealership experience will be highly regarded, but not essential
