About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Graduated from a university or hotel school within the past year, or currently enrolled with expected graduation within 12 months
- Permanent working rights for Australia (no sponsorship available)
- Experience working in hospitality operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education
- Superior critical-thinking and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively
- Self-management skills and being a self-starter
- Strong desire for personal and qualified growth
