Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

- Participate in a full-time, paid leadership development program at a Marriott International managed hotel.
- Engage in hands-on, discipline-specific training and leadership-focused curriculum across various hotel functions.
- Take part in mini-rotations to learn how to manage different hotel departments.
- Cultivate customer relationships and champion innovation within the organization.
- Manage projects and people, improve processes, and pitch new initiatives through your Voyage project.
- Participate in management meetings and collaborate with Voyage participants worldwide.
- Provide feedback on the curriculum and contribute to enhancing future Voyage participants' experiences.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who have:





- Graduated from a university or hotel school within the past year (or expected graduation within 12 months of application).
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education (associate degree acceptable for Culinary).
- Superior critical-thinking and interpersonal communication skills.
- The ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively.
- The ability to self-manage and be a self-starter.
- A strong desire for personal and qualified growth.
- Work authorization in the country of application.

Career Progression

After completing the 12-18 month program, graduates are prepared to pursue supervisory or entry-level management roles within Marriott, having built a foundation for future leadership.
